RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical Unit-I. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care in a high-demand environment. Candidates must hold an active New Jersey RN license with AHA BLS.

Qualificações

Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred; prior patient care experience is valued.

Responsabilidades

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
Administer medications and provide hands-on care with sound clinical judgment.
Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate timely care decisions.
Educate patients and families to ensure informed, supported care decisions.
Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC) for continuity and safety.
