Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification per policy.
• Experience with surgical/operating room nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR and patient for surgery.
• Maintain patient charting before, during and after surgery.
• Communicate with family and surgeon with updates throughout procedure.
• Administer meds to sterile field and manage supplies as needed.
• Participate in team-based care with scrub personnel, CRNA and anesthesiologist.
