Springfield Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Main Operating Room. This full-time evening shift offers four 10-hour shifts per week, with no weekends or on-call, and includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus opportunity.

The role covers patient care before, during, and after surgery, coordinating with the surgeon and family. You will manage room setup, patient positioning, charting, medication administration to the sterile field, and collaboration with scrub personnel,

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to position and transfer adult patients.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced OR.
• Accurate charting and sterile field medication administration.

Responsabilités

• Prepare OR room and position patient for surgery.
• Support the physician team and update family with progress.
• Maintain accurate charting and administer meds.
• Collaborate with scrub, CRNA, and anesthesia teams.
