Memorial Health is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse (RN) for the Main Operating Room in Illinois. The role includes preparing the room, moving patients from pre-op, positioning, charting, and post-op care, acting as a liaison with families, and updating colleagues during surgery.

Responsibilities involve updating records, coordinating supplies, and administering meds to the sterile field. The department features a Magnet culture and state-of-the-art DaVinci robotics, with a flexible rotating

Qualificações

• Licensed RN in Illinois is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification per policy.
• Ability to position/transfer adult patients and stand long periods.
• Ability to perform IV insertions and IM injections.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the OR room and transport patient from pre-op.
• Position patient and maintain charting before, during, and after surgery.
• Act as liaison with family and provide updates throughout procedure.
• Assist with supplies and medications for the sterile field across 1–4 surgeries per day.
