Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia or RN applicant designation.
• Enrollment in an accredited BSN program within 24 months of date of hire.
• Successful completion of a BSN within 60 months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and accurately document direct, age-specific patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and identify interactions.
• Begin to assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level under RN guidance.
• Provide education and participate in interdisciplinary planning of care.
• Assist health care team with prevention of illness and injury and maintenance of wellness.
