Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible or compact state.
• Diploma or Associate Degree in nursing (RN) required; BSN preferred.
• All nurses without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in an approved RN-to-BSN program within two years.

• Deliver and document direct age-specific patient care per medical orders.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for interactions.
• Provide education and support, and assist with unit leadership as experience grows.
