Summa Health System is seeking a registered nurse for the Akron Campus to provide and coordinate patient care with a focus on safety, advocacy and quality outcomes. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care plans in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include delegation and resource management, adherence to ACLS/ACLS-related requirements, and maintaining licensure while supporting patients, families and the community in pursuit of optimum health.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Graduate from CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio RN license to practice.
• One year RN experience for weekend option.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate and/or delegate nursing care.
• Manage resources in patient care delivery.
• Apply nursing knowledge guided by evidence-based practice.
• Support patients and families to achieve optimal health.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with weekend/after hours schedule.
