Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. Schedule is 7:00 am–7:30 pm with days and on-call responsibilities, joining a team dedicated to world-class surgical care and patient-centered experiences.

You will scrub and circulate, support the care team through the patient journey, participate in orientations and rotations, and pursue specialty certifications.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Successfully complete mandatory clinical competencies annually.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care in the OR and perioperative settings.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Assessments: monitor changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
• Planning: set goals with patients and families, coordinate interdisciplinary plans.
• Implementation: administer treatments and medications and document care.
• Leadership/education: mentor team members and pursue ongoing specialty certifications.
