Job summary

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an RN Circulating in the Operating Room for day shifts with 4x10 hour schedule. The role requires OR circulating experience and current RN licensure. A $20k sign-on bonus is available.

The RN will follow ANA standards, develop and contribute to care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes. Strong teamwork and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• RN Circulating in Operating Room experience.
• 1 year RN experience required for float positions.

Responsibilities

• The RN's practice follows ANA standards and ethics and involves planning, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans.
• Administers medications, monitors status, and manages IVs with safety and quality considerations.
• Collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Provides patient and family education, and supports stroke care education materials and resources.
• Precepts staff and promotes a healthy, compliant nursing work environment.
