Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of AZ.
• 1 year RN experience for float positions; OR circulating experience preferred.
• All Diploma/ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per ANA standards and Code of Ethics.
• Record medical history, administer medications, and monitor tests.
• Develop and contribute to a patient care plan; manage IVs and therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses; educate patients and families.
• Precept and mentor staff; ensure quality and cost-effective care.
