Mayo Clinic is seeking an OR Registered Nurse to circulate and coordinate the surgical team, ensuring optimal perioperative nursing care and patient advocacy. The role may include scrubbing and requires flexibility for various shifts and on-call duties.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license, with a BSN preferred and 1 year of RN experience in General Surgery or Transplant preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a high-tech OR environment is essential.

Formación

• RN graduate with eligible state license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in applicable care setting preferred; experience in General Surgery or Transplant strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Circulate and coordinate the surgical team to provide optimum perioperative nursing care.
• May scrub as needed and act as the patient's advocate.
• Work in a state-of-the-art OR with advanced equipment.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends and on-call; meet 45-minute on-call requirement.
