Mayo Clinic in Florida seeks an RN for the Operating Room to coordinate the surgical team and provide perioperative care. The role supports the patient advocate function and may scrub when needed, in a high-volume OR with advanced equipment.

Candidates should hold an RN license, with 1 year of RN experience preferred in General Surgery or Transplant, and be able to work variable hours including on-call, evenings, and weekends. TN sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• RN license active in applicable state; BLS.
• One year RN experience preferred (General Surgery/Transplant preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Circulate and coordinate the surgical team in OR activities.
• Provide optimal perioperative nursing care and patient advocacy.
• May scrub as needed and support transitions of care.
