Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center -North campus in Naples, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for OR and other units. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff, and follow established clinical protocols to achieve optimal outcomes.

Shifts are days with a $15K sign-on bonus and up to $20K student loan contribution. Full-time and part-time roles include medical, vision, dental, and 401k match benefits.

Qualifications

• RN with state licensure in good standing.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Full-time role; day shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care in accordance with policies and nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency and skill level.
• Collaborates with the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Provides patient and family education and maintains infection control protocols.
