Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center - Collier campus in Naples, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med-Surg Night shift (7 PM–7 AM). The role offers student loan contribution up to $20k and additional incentives such as medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) match for full and part-time positions.

The RN will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, coordinate with physicians and the healthcare team, and assist with procedures while maintaining safety standards and infection

Qualifications

• RN license required or state licensure
• Proficiency in nursing process and patient care planning
• Ability to respond to emergencies and provide life support as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post‑discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Assist in procedures and operate medical equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
