Job summary

Physicians Regional Medical Center – Pine Ridge and Collier campuses in Naples, FL, is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse. The RN will provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in a busy OR, with opportunities to lead in a lead/charge capacity based on experience.

This role involves scrub duties, patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with surgeons and the care team. Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
