Job summary

MASC Medical is hiring experienced Operating Room RNs for a full-time position with a nonprofit healthcare system in Naples, Florida. Join an established surgical team in a modern hospital environment with advanced technology and strong clinical support.

Multiple shifts include night and variable schedules, with on-call coverage as needed. Responsibilities include direct perioperative care, patient prep, sterile technique, and collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia providers.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or multistate compact RN license.
• Proven circulating experience in the OR.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• BSN and CNOR are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Prepare patients and operating rooms for surgical procedures.
• Perform circulating responsibilities while maintaining a sterile environment.
• Complete surgical counts and perioperative documentation.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff.
• Follow infection prevention and medication safety standards.
• Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage.
