ChristianaCare is seeking a full-time OR RN II to join our operating room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. The role features a day shift (7:00am–4:30pm), 72 hours bi-weekly, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

As the only Level I Trauma Center between Philadelphia and Baltimore, we deliver advanced surgical care with Magnet status and a strong nursing-excellence focus. BSN preferred; CNOR a plus; RN licensure required.

REQUIREMENTS:

BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire

Current RN licensure required

Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.

CNOR certification a plus.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
