ChristianaCare SurgiCenter – Newark, DE seeks an Operating Room RN II to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. The role includes scrubbing and circulating across specialties, with a mandatory BSN (or commitment) and RN licensure; CNOR is a plus, and at least 2 years of OR experience is required.

Position offers a $10,000 sign-on for eligible candidates and an hourly pay range of $42.11–$67.37, with a full-time schedule and no weekends/holidays/call. Comprehensive benefits begin day one.

Position: Operating Room RN II $10K Sign-On (For eligible candidate)Location: ChristianaCare SurgiCenter – Newark, DESchedule: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)Hours: Monday–Friday (shift varies between the hours 0700-1530) including PRN coverageNo weekends. No holidays. No call.

**The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months**

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
