ChristianaCare Health System in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse II to join our perioperative team. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and shift options (Day/Evening, 8-hour shifts), with weekend and holiday coverage per department guidelines.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure is required.
• At least 2 years of operating room experience.
• BSN preferred; commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred (ophthalmology and robotics preferred).
• CNOR certification a plus.

Operating Room Nurse $10K Sign-On-Bonus (for eligible candidate)

Full-time 80 hours bi-weekly- Day/Evening (8-hour shifts)

Requirements

• BSN preferred.
• Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Current RN licensure required
• At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required.
• Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.
• knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred
• CNOR certification a plus.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
