We’re seeking a full-time/flex, experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Operating Room team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. As the only Level I Trauma Center between Philadelphia and Baltimore, ChristianaCare leads in surgical excellence and nursing Magnet status, with a comprehensive sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

Operating Room RN II - $10K Sign-On-Bonus (For eligible candidates)

Full-time/Flex - 72 hours bi-weekly

Schedule: Day shift -7:00am- 4:30pm/ 4 days weekly

1-2 Spring/Summer Holiday | 1 Fall/ Winter Holiday |

1 Weekend every 4 weeks PRN 2-3 shifts per month |Trauma Call 1 per month

REQUIREMENTS

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
• Current RN licensure required
• Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.
• CNOR certification a plus.
• The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
