ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our OR team. The role focuses on complex procedures, scrubbing and circulating, with opportunity to work with advanced technology and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

This weekend overnight OR RN II position offers a flexible schedule, orientation across day and overnight shifts, and a supportive environment at our nationally recognized Magnet-status hospital.

Qualifications

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire.
• Current RN licensure required.
• Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.
• CNOR certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Proficient in both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work a schedule ranging from part-time to full-time, including day and overnight shifts during orientation.
• Educational sessions occur during day shifts and attendance is mandatory.

REQUIREMENTS:

BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire

• Candidates must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities.
• Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule ranging from part-time to full-time hours, including both day and overnight shifts, during orientation and training.
• Required educational sessions are conducted during day-shift hours, and attendance is mandatory.
• Orientation will include both day and overnight shift experiences to ensure comprehensive training and competency across all aspects of the role.
• Flexibility and commitment to completing the full orientation and training program are essential for success in this position.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
