Jefferson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the operating room as a full‑time day shift candidate. Prior OR circulator and scrub experience preferred, with four 10‑hour shifts available.

The RN will support patient- and family-centered care and collaborate with the surgical team to deliver safe, high‑quality care. The role emphasizes evidence‑based practice, education for patients and families, and active participation in hospital safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in Nursing required.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Effective communication with patients and families.
• Ability to work within inter-professional teams.
• Ability to delegate appropriately to team members.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room, including circulator and scrub roles.
• Adhere to safety and quality protocols to minimize patient risk.
