Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Acute NICU setting within the last 12 months.
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual and developmental domains.
• Formulate and revise a plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Evaluate patient and family responses, adjusting care as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes in the patient record.
