Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care.
• Formulate a plan of care including discharge planning.
• Coordinate and supervise care by nursing staff and other personnel.
• Evaluate patient responses and update care plans as needed.
• Document all assessments, plans, and interventions accurately in the patient record.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement.
