Job summary

The position features a 4x10-hour shift schedule and may float to the Loveland Campus OR to support staffing and patient care across the network.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desired.
• Experience in OR/PACU/ surgical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care in accordance with policies and professional standards.
• Formulate and update a plan of care, including discharge planning, with input from patient/family and health team.
• Implement care and coordinate activities of the healthcare team per physician orders and care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plan of care as needed in collaboration with the care team.
• Document all assessments, plans, and evaluations accurately in the patient record.
• Participate in leadership, education, and mentoring to support staff growth.
• Engage in activities to improve patient outcomes and safety across the unit.
