Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive nursing care in Ohio. You will perform the full nursing process from assessment through evaluation, collaborate with the health-care team, and document care in the EMR.

Responsibilities include patient and family education, discharge planning, and maintaining safety standards. Requires Ohio RN license; BLS is mandatory, ACLS within 6 months for critical areas; BSN within 5 years

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required.
• BSN within 5 years after hire is preferred or required.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact; ACLS within 6 months for step-down/ICU areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide age- and culturally appropriate nursing care.
• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to guide patient care.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Maintain safety and infection control by using appropriate protective equipment.
