Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Dent, OH is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive patient care within our care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care following the Christ Hospital model and ANA guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an Ohio state licensure.
• BSN preferred or must be pursued within 5 years.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months for designated units.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and revise the plan of care with patient/family and SBAR communication.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals.
• Provide patient and family education and ongoing support.
• Respond to emergencies ensuring safety and policy adherence.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
