Chesterfield Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care, ensuring safety and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

We offer a generous sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will have RN licensure, ACLS, and circulating OR experience, with strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Circulating experience required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for patients per standards.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while complying with standards.
• Care for patients from 1 month to geriatric.
