United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is hiring a Full Time Operating Room Registered Nurse in Chesterfield.

The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for patients in the OR, ensuring the highest quality and safe delivery of care in compliance with standards. This role serves patients from 1 month to geriatric and requires ACLS, active Missouri RN licensure, and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Circulating experience required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for patients.
• Ensure highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while complying with standards.
• Care for patients from 1 month to geriatric.
