Job summary

Chesterfield Surgery Center, part of United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI), is hiring a full‑time Operating Room Registered Nurse in Columbus, OH. The RN will plan, direct, organize and implement nursing care while ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered. Responsibilities include circulating in the OR, coordinating care, and prioritizing workload while communicating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Circulating experience required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for patients per standards of care.
• Ensure highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while complying with nursing, JCAHO, and Federal/State standards.
• Cares for patients from 1 month to geriatric.
