Chesterfield Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for patients across the age range, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

The position offers a up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and education assistance. Strong communication and ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Circulating experience required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS Required
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
