US Fertility is hiring an OR/PACU RN to join our team in Rockville, Maryland. The role offers a schedule of every other Sunday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with compensation ranging from $38 to $46 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will collaborate with a nationwide network of physicians and support teams to deliver high-quality perioperative care. Key duties include preoperative assessment, patient comfort, and anesthesia-related care, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compassionate

Formación

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 2–3 years OR/PACU experience strongly preferred.
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to input and retrieve information from a computer.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU RN to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland.

• Schedule: Every other Sunday; between 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Compensation:$38 to $46 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the OR/PACU RNwill:

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the subsequent phases of surgery
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
• Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• 2 to 3 years clinical experience in Operating/Procedure Room or PACU experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
