Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Operative room and PACU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Implementing nursing interventions and monitoring outcomes.
• Performing independent nursing actions under physician supervision.
• Delegating tasks and supervising nursing staff.
• Providing direct patient care in outpatient settings and educating patients.
