Olmsted Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 0.9 FTE Day Shift position in Rochester, MN. Starting pay ranges from $35.01 to $52.52 per hour based on experience. External candidate offers typically fall within the min to 3/4 point of the range, aligned with experience.

The role requires MS RN license, completed accredited nursing program, BLS, and ACLS for certain locations/departments. OB/Gyn/L&D experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education required: Accredited nursing program completion.
• Minnesota RN license (current).
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required at Northwest Clinic and Hospital locations for specified departments.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and establish plan of care based on data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate an integrated plan of care.
• Develop nursing interventions and implement independent nursing actions.
• Carry out delegated or prescribed nursing actions and supervise nursing tasks.
• Ensure safe and effective nursing care and a therapeutic environment.
• Advocate for patients and evaluate responses to interventions.
