Job summary

Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop an integrated plan of care.
Develops and implements nursing interventions within the plan of care.
Delivers safe and effective nursing care and promotes a safe therapeutic environment.
Delegates tasks as appropriate and coordinates care across settings and teams.
Evaluates patient responses and contributes to policy and process improvements.
