AtlantiCare is seeking an OR Team Leader for the Mainland Campus Operating Room. The role leads the OR/PACU team, coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care, and ensures alignment with medical treatment plans.

Responsibilities include staffing, assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation via the care process. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years OR/PACU experience, an NJ RN license, and BLS/HCP certification, with ACLS/CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey and current BLS/HCP within one year from date of hire or transfer for specialty leaders.
• ACLS/CNOR preferred.
• 3-5 years OR/PACU experience required.
• 2 years previous specialty experience and/or demonstrated competency within specialty required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OR/PACU patient care coordination.
• Lead the interdisciplinary care team and assign tasks based on acuity and staffing.
• Utilize the care process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) within scope of practice.
• Document and communicate outcomes and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
