Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys running an OR - not only participating in surgical cases.

You should enjoy organization, documentation, compliance, inventory, checklists, problem-solving, team coordination, and continuously improving how a surgical facility operates.

We value someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, hands-on, and highly accountable. This position is an excellent opportunity for a surgical professional who wants to take ownership of OR operations and grow with a rapidly developing plastic surgery practice.
