Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; RN-Operating Room credentials preferred.
• Experience in OR nursing, scrub and circulation roles desirable.
• 1+ year CARE level III or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Exhibits leadership in problem solving, prioritization and clinical excellence.
• Provides leadership and direction to OR personnel in staffing and scheduling.
• Manages resources and assesses staffing to volume needs.
• Daily management of time, case movement, and room/patient flow.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary communication and collaboration.
• Establishes good working relationships with healthcare team.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Performs other duties to support the unit and health system.
