Campbell Clinic Pc in Germantown, TN is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the Surgery Center. This full-time role oversees OR nursing operations, staffing, and patient flow to deliver high-quality care under surgeons and physicians.

The position requires an accredited nursing program, 3 years in the OR, and supervisory experience, plus a TN RN license with BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred. Regular attendance and collaboration with teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited post-secondary training program in nursing.
• 3 years of experience in operating room nursing.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current Tennessee RN license or multi-state license and BLS/ACLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Surgery Center Clinical Manager in operations, onboarding, hiring, supervision, and scheduling.
• Monitor performance and attendance; ensure policy compliance across supervised positions.
• Address employee relations matters including corrective actions or termination when needed.
• Coordinate Surgical Suite operations: OR staffing, supplies, instrumentation, and sterile processing.
• Serve as a resource for staff to ensure quality patient care and efficient patient flow.
• Assist with quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory programs as requested by teams.
