Job summary

Campbell Clinic Surgery Center in Germantown, TN is seeking a skilled Operating Room RN (PRN) to join a close-knit surgical team. The role requires a valid TN RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of OR experience.

Qualifications

• Active TN RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required; PALS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year OR experience (hospital or ASC).
• Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Circulate surgical cases and observe patient during procedure.
• Evaluate, plan, implement and document patient care and medications.
• Monitor surgery schedule for additions, changes or cancellations.
• Assist in surgical prep and support the surgical team.
• Collaborate with surgical and post-anesthesia teams to ensure patient safety.
• Ensure OR is prepared with supplies and sterile technique maintained.
• Document counts of supplies and assist with turnover and instrument processing.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance; work cooperatively with others.
