Campbell Clinic Pc in Germantown, TN is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for the Surgery Center. This full-time role oversees OR nursing operations, staffing, and patient flow to deliver high-quality care under surgeons and physicians.

The position requires an accredited nursing program, 3 years in the OR, and supervisory experience, plus a TN RN license with BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred. Regular attendance and collaboration with teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited post-secondary training program in nursing.
• 3 years of experience in operating room nursing.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Current Tennessee RN license or multi-state license and BLS/ACLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Surgery Center Clinical Manager in operations, onboarding, hiring, supervision, and scheduling.
• Monitor performance and attendance; ensure policy compliance across supervised positions.
• Address employee relations matters including corrective actions or termination when needed.
• Coordinate Surgical Suite operations: OR staffing, supplies, instrumentation, and sterile processing.
• Serve as a resource for staff to ensure quality patient care and efficient patient flow.
• Assist with quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory programs as requested by teams.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Supports the Surgery Center Clinical Manager in the operation of the surgery center, onboarding, hiring process, employee supervision and scheduling
• Monitors performance/attendance and communicates with staff to ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures across all supervised positions
• Participates in employee relation matters which may result in corrective action or termination
• Efficiently manages coordination of the Surgical Suite including Operating Rooms and Sterile Processing Departments (i.e. staffing, supply management, instrumentation, reviews, etc.)
• Acts as a resource person to all levels of staffing for accomplishing care ofpatients
• Assessesstaffneedsaccordingtoworkloadandstaffcompetency; re-assignsandadjustsstaffingbasedonpatientcareneeds
• Gives assistance and direction to staff in order to facilitate quality care and efficient patient flow
• Assists with QI, infection control, and regulatory programs as requested by quality andmanagement teams

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education: Completion of an accredited post-secondary training program in nursing required. \
• Experience: 3 years of experience in operating room nursing required. Supervisory experience required.
• Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.
• Certifications & Licenses: Current Tennessee RN license or current RN license from a Multi-state licensure compact required. BLS and ACLS required and must be maintained. PALS preferred. If not presently certified, must be obtained within one year of hire.
