The position requires a BSN, TN or multi-state RN license, 7–10 years peri-operative nursing, and 5+ years in management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited post-secondary nursing program; BSN required.
• 7–10 years peri-operative nursing experience.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred with 5+ years in management.
• Strong leadership, analytical reasoning, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Bridge medical staff, administration and patients to ensure efficient operation.
• Support Surgery Center Board and Administrator in daily clinical operations.
• Manage daily clinical activities: staffing, workflow, and supplies.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff; handle employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, accreditation standards across sites.
• Develop and implement departmental policies to boost efficiency and compliance.
