Job summary

Campbell Clinic Inc. in Germantown, TN is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee the Surgery Center operations, ensuring safe patient care and efficient staff coordination under surgeons and physicians.

The role requires a TN RN license, 3 years of operating room nursing experience, supervisory experience, and BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred and must be obtained within one year if not already certified. Strong computer skills and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited post-secondary nursing program is required.
• 3 years of operating room nursing experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Current Tennessee RN license or a multi-state compact RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; PALS preferred and must be obtained within one year if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Surgery Center Clinical Manager in operations, onboarding, hiring, supervision and scheduling.
• Monitors performance and ensures compliance with policies across supervised positions.
• Participates in employee relations which may lead to corrective action or termination.
• Coordinates the Surgical Suite including ORs and Sterile Processing Departments.
• Acts as a resource for staffing to ensure quality care and efficient patient flow.
• Assesses staffing needs and re-assigns based on patient care requirements.
• Assists with quality improvement, infection control and regulatory programs.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
