Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC required.
• BSN degree required; ANCC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for nursing programming across the continuum.
• Collaborate with offices and physicians to implement AHN nursing strategies.
• Lead initiatives on quality indicators, patient safety, and satisfaction.
• Manage department budgets and financial stewardship.
• Develop and communicate the nursing vision and professional development plans.
• Mentor nurse managers and staff, promoting evidence-based practice.
