You will collaborate with physicians, managers, and staff to transform nursing practice, governance, and education while ensuring compliance and fiscal stewardship.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, staff development, and integrated care across departments, with accountability to the CNO for strategic execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR current multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• BSN Degree.
• Preferred Certifications by ANCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for nursing programming across the continuum with respect to AHN focus areas.
• Coach managers on opportunities from nurse satisfaction surveys and quality indicators.
• Lead and execute strategies around nursing and patient care quality.
• Oversee implementation of Shared Governance model in all departments.
• Monitor and manage departmental costs within budget allocations.
