• BSN degree in nursing is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
• FL RN license (Florida Registered Nurse) is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize learning needs in collaboration with leadership and staff.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate learning plans to improve quality, safety, and staff development.
