Job summary

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing needs assessments and formulate educational plans based on data collected.

Actively participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Implement educational programs to enhance the competence and skills of nursing staff using innovative teaching methods.
Develop evidence-based curricula in line with ANPD standards addressing learning needs across areas.
Observe practice at the point of care to verify competency.
Collaborate with leadership to review orientee progress and provide feedback on skills.
Generate reports showing the impact of educational interventions on practice.
