Job summary
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the Operating Room in Boston to oversee daily perioperative operations, staffing, and patient flow. Qualifications
- Experience in operating room and perioperative workflows.
- Current RN license in Massachusetts without restrictions.
- BSN required; master's degree preferred.
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience in OR/perioperative settings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations in the operating room, including staffing and patient flow.
- Lead nursing staff, mentor team members, and support evidence‑based practice.
- Coordinate surgical services and supervise interdisciplinary collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists.
- Drive performance improvement, resource management, and policy development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development; ensure patient‑centered perioperative care.
