Job summary

Mass General Hospital is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Manager for Evening shifts at our main OR. You will lead OR nursing staff, coordinate staffing, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment located at 90 Blossom Street.

The role requires a BSN with MSN preferred, an active RN license, and 2–3 years of nursing experience (1–2 years in leadership). ACLS is preferred; onsite work with a schedule of 40 hours per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required; Master’s preferred.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience; 1–2 years in leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate staff onboarding, training, and education.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinate unit activities with other hospital departments.
• Develop and implement staffing plans.
