Veracity Ventures Inc. is hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager, OR for our Sacramento, CA location. This onsite, full-time role focuses on leading perioperative nursing operations and ensuring high-quality patient care across the unit.

You will implement best practice models, collaborate with physicians and external providers, and allocate resources to support safe, efficient care. The role demands clinical supervision, licensing compliance, and leadership responsibilities within the Nursing

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in Nursing, Health Care, or related field with 2+ years in operations/clinical health care or 3+ years in operations/clinical health care.
• Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Assist implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
• Support collaboration with physicians and outside healthcare providers to achieve optimal and safe patient care.
• Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Supervise the use of equipment, supplies and medications and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide clinical supervision and ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and related requirements.
